Astrae Oratio Prologue Animation PV Released: Studio Stellation and Theme Song “Starless”

NC and Dynamis One released the Prologue Animation PV for Astrae Oratio on September 30, 2026, a few days before the global CBT. The fully animated video adapts the opening of the story: an incident that shakes Tokyo at night, with a magician and a civil servant — the Shunin — at its center.

Staff and music

• Animation studio: Stellation
• Director, storyboard and episode director: Sosei Sakaguchi
• Animation director: mmmkawaine
• Art director / backgrounds: kuroPK
• Theme song: “Starless” — lyrics by Safari Natsukawa (sixth floor), composition and arrangement by Hitoshi Harukawa, vocals by R!N (Gemie)

Why it matters

Most of the game’s earlier videos mixed character art with gameplay. This is the first PV that shows the story’s tone as straight animation, and it doubles as an introduction to the setting of Tokyo ’89 and the Special District Office.

The video is embedded above, and you can find every official PV on the home page.
